The City of Santa Rosa, California Planning & Economic Development Department sent out a notice earlier this week regarding an upcoming Planning Commission meeting regarding the proposed retail cannabis business at 353 College Avenue (at the intersection with Glenn Street). Green Pen Dispensary Meeting Thursday, March 14, 2019 | 4:00 PM Santa Rosa City Council Chamber 100 Santa Rosa Avenue Santa Rosa, CA 95404 Project Name: Green Pen Dispensary Project Address: 353 College Avenue Project Description: The proposed project includes a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a medical and adult-use cannabis retail dispensary with delivery, within an existing 2,943 square-foot building. The project also includes a parking reduction consisting of six on-site spaces, and six off-site employee garage parking passes. The application has been filed by Green Pen, LLC. File Number - CUP18-080. Meeting Purpose: To receive public comment and recommendations prior to acting on the requested applications. You are encouraged to submit written comments and recommendations if you cannot attend the meeting.
